Keynote Speakers : Four outstanding professors have joined as Speakers. One is Prof. Koh Hock Lye from Sunway University, Malaysia. The second is Prof. Nur Islami from University of Riau, Indonesia. The third one is Associate Professor Edmond Yat-Man LO from Deputy Director, Institute of Catastrophe Risk Management (ICRM) Nanyang Technological University,Singapore.The last one is Associate Professor Su Yean Teh from Universiti Sains Malaysia.
