Keynote Speakers : Three Outstanding Professors has joined as Keynote Speaker and Invited Speaker. Keynote speaker is Prof. Koh Hock Lye from Sunway University, Malaysia. Two invited speakers are Associate Professor Edmond Yat-Man LO from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore and Associate Professor Su Yean Teh from Universiti Sains Malaysia.
