Conference Highlights :ICENT 2019 was successfully held in Tokyo, Japan during September 20-22, 2019. ICENT 2019 papers are archived in the ACM Digital Library on November 20, 2019 and have been indexed by Ei Compendex, Scopus on February 1, 2020. Due to COVID-19 situation，ICENT 2020 was held online during September 22-24, 2020.
