Conference Highlights :BIOTC 2019 received submissions from all over the world and was successfully held in Okinawa, Japan during July 7-9, 2019. The 2019 conference proceedings was archived in the ACM Digital Library on August 16, 2019 and have been indexed by Ei Compendex, Scopus on November 20, 2019. Due to COVID-19 situation，BIOTC 2020 was held online during July 8-10, 2020 and the conference proceedings was archived in the ACM Digital Library on August 26, 2020.
