Submissions will be reviewed by the conference technical committees, and accepted papers will be published in International Conference Proceedings, which will be indexed by Scopus, EI, Google Scholar, and other major databases. 2. Selected papers will be published in International Journal of Machine Learning and Computing as a special issue, which will be indexed by EI (INSPEC, IET), Google Scholar, Crossref, etc.
