The focus of the upcoming International Conference 2019 is applications and research of Artificial Intelligence and Cognitive RPA in various business areas of emerging economies. AI is the ability of machines to perform functions similar to that of human mind like perceiving, learning and problem solving; whereas Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is used for automating monotonous tasks performed by human with more accuracy and productivity by using software robots. Bots can automate business processes based on rules but complex processes requires human intervention, hence by integrating cognitive technologies with RPA, complex business processes can be easily automated.
