The programe aims at imparting hands-on training on the basic and high throughput experiments like genomic DNA isolation from prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells, primer designing, PCR, cDNA synthesis, Real Time P C R analysis, 2D-gel electrophoresis, RFLP, Southern and Western blot hybridizations , E L I S A , H P L C and F P L C .
