For papers submitted to CGEE 2023, Selected papers will be published in International Conference Proceedings, only accepted papers will be published into International Conference Proceedings. The proceedings will be sent to Scopus, EI Compendex and other databases for abstracting and indexing. A set of selected papers with extended version will be published into International Journal of Smart Grid and Clean Energy, which will be indexed by Inspec, Crossref, Google Scholar.
