This Certification program is aimed at offering an in-depth understanding of yogic principles, yoga philosophy, and yoga fundamentals with detailed effect on all three (3) layers of human mind. Our mind has three distinct layers comprising of sub-conscious (sleeping state), conscious (general awakening state) and super conscious (spiritual awakening) states.
