Where industrialization depends on entrepreneurship as well as human resource working for the industries, Management system is one of the major factors that lead to a better and healthy industrialization. Less awareness among the people regarding industrialization and the environmental factors hinders entrepreneurship. Furthermore, it is not easy to enter to entrepreneurship without proper funding.
