Attending our yoga teacher training course is more beneficial to you as you will be learning and living in an authentic Indian meditation ashram. The word yoga is much more than learning asanas or meditation, it is a complete way of living, living the natural way in harmony with everything born on earth. Here at Chandra yoga international, we want to spread this message to all who come to us, and so have gone to great lengths to incorporate many in-depth subjects that all fall under the yoga umbrella. The subjects covered on the course are the traditional Hatha yoga, Meditation, and pranayama, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Philosophy of yoga, anatomy, and alignment of the asanas and much more. The course is thoughtfully compiled together and covers a wide range of topics in detail on what yoga really is. We have on our team the very best teachers of yoga that share their time and knowledge with a passion for teaching. Your teachers are well established in the teaching realm of yoga and have over 10 years of this under their belt. But of course, they have been regular practitioners for much longer. This will ensure that you will leave inspired to start on your new and exciting adventure as a confident and knowledgeable yoga teacher. The climate in Rishikesh when you come in June will be nice and warm for you and agreeably cool at night. For your yoga practice, you are provided with two very spacious yoga halls with unsurpassed panoramic 360-degree views of the mountains. You are well looked after in terms with your accommodation as the rooms at the ashram are set in such a way to face the majestic Himalaya Mountains, and to greet the morning sun with each new day.
