IC4E 2017 and IC4E 2018 conference proceedings have been included into ACM digital library and have been indexed by EI Compendex and Scopus. IC4E 2019 conference proceeding has been included into ACM digital library. All accepted excellent papers by IC4E 2020 will be published in the International Conference Proceedings Series by ACM, which will be archived in the ACM Digital Library, and sent to be indexed by EI Compendex and Scopus and submitted to be reviewed by Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index (ISI Web of Science).The 11th International Conference on E-Education, E-Business, E-Management and E-Learning (IC4E 2020) will be held in Osaka,Japan on date 2020-01-12
