23rd International Conference on Contemporary issues in Science, Engineering & Management (ICCI-SEM), which is being organized by IRP in association with ICCI-SEM at Manila, Philippines on dated 11 - 12 May 2019. All are invited to contribute their well thought research paper on any of the sub theme within the main theme of the conference. 23rd International Conference on Contemporary issues in Science, Engineering & Management(ICCI-SEM) has become the premier meeting place for researchers, professors, students and professionals of different areas. Now the conference is extended across many regions of the world. Each conference is hosted in different city, this time we have chosen Manila city of Philippines for the forthcoming International conference dated 11 - 12 May 2019 after all successful Past International Conferences with new faces, new researches, new ideas and new innovations. This conference intends to bring together and provide a common platform to accumulate and exchange the innovative ideas, latest knowledge and unique experiences for the benefits of researchers, professors, industrialists, academicians, students and other participants.
