You are invited to submit papers for this conference on the following sub-themes: - Energy efficiency strategies in urban Sub-Saharan Africa, including efficient buildings as well as energy demand management - Energy access strategies in urban Sub-Saharan Africa, including electricity supply, renewable energy access and waste-to-energy strategies - Mobility and spatial planning in urban Sub-Saharan Africa, including sustainable transportation and spatial planning strategies for future cities. Papers on the above topics can be case studies of best practices in terms of implementing policies and regulations within municipalities and at a national level to promote sustainable cities.
