This inaugural conference supports the development of quality research and practice in coaching and mentoring across all fields. The conference theme, Transforming Together, seeks to provide a platform for researchers, practitioners and interested parties to connect and deepen their knowledge of coaching and mentoring. Participants will have opportunities to explore the ways in which coaches and mentors apply a range of approaches in their coaching and mentoring practice that lead to effective, transformative and sustained change.
