Following the success of the previous three International Conferences on Tourism (ICOT) and the support by the international scholarly community, the organizing committee has decided to continue the initiative with the organization of the 4th conference that will be held in Dalian, China. The conference offers an opportunity for inter-disciplinary and inter-cultural dialogue; the location creating a geographic convergence of participants from across the globe as well as a convergence of scholastic communication that transcends culture, language, discipline and subject-specific boundaries.
